Take part in the Iceman sprint presented by Videotron!

For aspiring ice men, the Sprint component is a great way to learn about the sport.

The 10 km course is a shortened version of the other two Iceman challenges. You must run, skate and ski in a continuous solo race.

Participation in the race, race number, refreshments and coaching;
A post-race snack;
A souvenir gift;
Medals for the first three in each category;
Access to an exceptional rate for lodging at the Château Laurier Québec during the event.
