Purchase policy

Bib number transfer (solo)
Bib transfers between solo participants are possible free of charge before January 10, 2025, subject to availability. Changes made between January 11 and February 3, 2025 are subject to a fee of $15 + taxes and administrative charges, and $25 + taxes and administrative charges after that date.

Changing teammates (tandem and team)
Changing teammates in a tandem or team is possible free of charge, directly via the MS1 registration platform.

Changing challenge
Challenge changes are possible free of charge before January 10, 2025, subject to availability. Changes made between January 11 and February 3, 2025 are subject to a fee of $15 + taxes and administrative charges, and $25 + taxes and administrative charges after this date. If the new race chosen is more expensive, the difference will be charged, in addition to the administrative fee. If the new event is less expensive, no refund will be made and the administrative fee will be charged.

Cancellation by the participant
No refund or credit in the event of cancellation by the participant.

Cancellation or modification by the organization
No refund or credit will be offered if circumstances force the organization to shorten, modify or cancel one or more disciplines of a challenge or to cancel a challenge. This also applies to all additional services and amenities offered as part of the event.

Rates and visibility

For the sum of $75 for a tandem and $150 for a team, you have the opportunity to give your tandem or team the name of the company or organization of your choice. Printing on the bib, announcement on the microphone by the race host, display on the results and call on the podium if all goes well!

• Note that for teams participating in the Corporate Challenge, this fee is included in the registration fee.
