Create your encouragement video

Record a short 30-second video of encouragement and send energy to your community, participants, team, friend or loved one who is taking on a sporting challenge during the Sun Life Pentathlon des neiges. Videos will be posted on the Pentathlon des neiges website between February 18 and 26, 2023.
