The RSEQ-QCA invites all high school students!
Schools across the province are invited to form teams of five to take on the challenge! A dynamic class outing and motivation to get kids moving in your workouts in the weeks leading up to the event.
Perhaps your school will walk away with one of the RSEQ-QCA (Réseau du sport étudiant du Québec – Québec-Chaudière-Appalaches) banners at stake in each category?

Distances are adapted according to the age of the participants. The Benjamin category offers shorter distances and race times, while the Cadets and Juveniles are allowed longer distances.
An new bike course with more action for the 2024 edition!
After a Le Mans-style start in the Decathlon transition zone, where team-mates will be cheering them on, the bike course will start on Avenue George VI and take in the upper part of Côte Gilmour. You’ll then have the pleasure of cycling up côte Gilmour, to get the cardio levels up and guarantee some heat!
